Is your wire UL listed?
Our flat and round cloth covered wires are UL listed.
Our twisted cloth covered wire is UL Recognized.
Can you assist or recommend which wire I should choose?
We do not give any recommendation to customers due to liability reason; you may consult a licensed electrician for all technical inquiries.
When I place an order by the foot, do I receive it in one continuous length?
Yes, Simply enter number of length you wish to order in quantity tab. This number represents the number of continuous feet you will receive.
Do you offer wholesale price for cloth covered wire?
Yes! By ordering by the roll you save 50% over the price by foot. In addition, we also offer further discount if you order:
$ 500 to receive 8% discount
$1000 to receive 10% discount
$1500 to receive 12% discount
Please contact us if your order exceeds $1500 for additional discounts.
Do you accept International orders?
Yes! Please refer to "International Orders". We have good rates for shipping via FedEx to many countries. You may get a shipping estimation for your country in our shopping cart or write us an email.
What kind of payment method you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, including Master Card, VISA, American Express and Discover. PayPal payment is accepted as well.
Why my credict card statement or Paypal is charged by a different company name?
Our Fabricwire.com store is owen and managed by Infinlight Products, Inc. Therefore, your credit card statement or Paypal will read " Infinlight Products, Inc."
What should I do if my payment declined?
In most cases when a payment is declined, the reason is due to billing information you entered did not match with the credit card you use. Please make sure that the billing name and address must match with the credit card you are using. Shipping address can be different from the billing address.
Do you offer free shipping within US area?
We offer Free Shipping within US contiguous state only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and other outlying islands) when your total order is over $200.
Do you ship to PO or APO Box address?
Our primary shipping service is FedEx, which does not accept PO boxes. If you must ship to a PO Box, please call us to make individualized arrangements.
How long does it take to receive my package after the order has been placed?
We normally process and ship an order within 3 working days after it was placed online. A shipment email confirmation will be sent providing a tracking number. Lead time for FedEx Ground delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your shipping address. We will notify you if the item you ordered will be delayed for processing and shipping from our warehouse.
