We want you to be happy with your purchase from Fabricwire.com. You may return new and unopened merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges within 30 days of purchase. Your refund will be based on the original form of payment. If you need to return an item, login to your account and click the Return Item button under My Account menu. We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we receive and process your return. You may also email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call us (888-665-7708) for your returns. Returns without notifying us first will not be processed.
Items that are ordered by foot or are cut to order are not returnable. Light Bulbs are not returnable.
Return shipping charge for wires by roll:
$15 each roll for US continent
$35 each roll for US outlying area (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam)
For all other areas, please contact us for return shipping charge
For pendant light kits and cord sets, return shipping charge is based on your original shipping fee
Llighting Fixtures (Ceiling Lighting and Table Lighting):
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs with a tracking number

Some items in this category will be charged 8% restocking fee when returning. Items with restocking fee will be specified in product description page
Returns will only be accepted when items have not been installed or altered. Items must be in the original box with original packaging material
Refunds are not issued for damaged returns in transit back to us or or items that never reach us, we strongly recommend customers insure all return shipments
We offer Free Shipping within US contiguous state only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and other outlying islands) when your total order is over $100.

Fedex Ground: typically takes 1 to 3 business days for east coast, 4 to 6 business days for west coast.
Fedex Express Saver: typically takes 4 business days to all regions within US
Fedex Express 2 Day: typically takes 2 business days to all regions within US

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and shipping option you choose.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track and locate their delivered package. Fabricwire.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are unable to locate your delivered package, contact Fabricwire.com immediately.
Fabricwire.com ships all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer. The address is sent through a computer generated shipping tool to create a shipping label. Customers are responsible for submitting the complete required address information.
If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact Fabricwire.com ASAP to make corrections. Fabricwire.com is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world except where prohibited by law. Please note the carrier you choose affects the length of time for shipping.
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. If you chose not to accept your package or pay the taxes, Fabricwire.com will decide to either abandon the package or have it reshipped back to the United States. As a result all fees will be deducted from your purchase amount. In some cases you will receive no refund because the cost of returning the items is greater than or equal to your purchase. If Fabricwire.com chooses not to accept the package back, it will be abandoned and you will not receive a refund.
